Stat System
So, depending on what ranking your app gets, you'll start off with a number of stat points. You can allocate these however you want, and certain things might give you bonuses, such as your race. Each stat may only go to 10 without boosts.
C Rated Ghouls/Humans get 8 points to spend.
B Rated Ghouls/Junior Investigators (Ranks 3-1) get 12 points to spend.
A Rated Ghouls/First-Class Investigators get 18 points to spend.
S- Rated Ghouls/Associate Special Class Investigators get 24 points to spend.
S+ Rated Ghouls/Special Class Investigators get 30 points to spend.
Those few ghouls who make it to an SS Rating, and the various agents of V get 36 points to spend on stats.
The members of V's Inner Circle and SSS Rated ghouls are the most powerful ranks, and as such get 42 stat points.
------------------------------------------------------------------
The various stats include:
Strength - How hard one hits, and how physically strong a character is.
Speed - How fast a character moves and fights. Your Speed stat also determines how well you track others.
Durability - How much damage your body can handle.
Healing - How fast your character heals.
Perception - How well your character sees the smaller details.

Re: Stat System
STRENGTH
The Strength score symbolizes how strong an individual is.
At 1, a character is pretty pitiful and can maybe lift half their own weight.
At 2, you've become strong enough to lift your own weight. This is the human average.
At 3, you're considered pretty strong. You can likely lift around 250 pounds, but you might struggle.
At a Strength of 4, you're about as strong as possible without specialized training. You can lift around 400 pounds.
At 5, you're at the level of an average ghoul. You can lift around 650 pounds with a struggle.
At 6, you can lift around 900 pounds, and are at peak human condition. This isn't to say humans can't get stronger, it just hurts. A lot. With some effort, you might even be able to bend steel.
At 7, you are at the point where all but the strongest ghouls bottom out naturally, and almost every investigator struggles to achieve. You can lift around 1,200 pounds, and can bend steel without too much effort.
At 8, you become a veritable powerhouse. You can crack brick walls when you hit them, and can lift about 1,500 pounds with relative ease. At this level, you can start to crack quinque of B Rate and below.
At 9, well, walls aren't too much of a problem. Those break like Styrofoam, and even q-steel crumples like a tin can. Quinque of S+ Rate and below can be broken with a bit of effort, and you are able to lift up to a ton.
At 10 and above, there isn't much that can stop you. You can break quinque of SS Rate and below with only a strike or two, and SSS Rated quinque with 3 or 4. You are even able to lift up to two tons.
Re: Stat System
SPEED
Speed is not only how fast an individual can move, but also an indicator of how fast they can fight.
1: 10 m/s
2: 15 m/s
3: 20 m/s
4: 25 m/s
5: 30 m/s
6: 35 m/s
7: 40 m/s
8: 45 m/s
9: 50 m/s
10: 55 m/s

Re: Stat System
Durability is fairly easy, as it corresponds to an opponent's Strength. There isn't too much else to figure out about it, but remember: If someone's Strength is 6 and your Durability is 6, then you get away with minor scratches and cuts, with them having to work a bit harder to hurt you. If their Strength is 8 instead, though, you could get messed up, even with that relatively small difference.
Re: Stat System
Healing is an interesting stat. For anyone who's watched Tokyo Ghoul or read the manga, you'll notice that everyone (except for Arima) takes massive amounts of damage and somehow comes out okay. This is due to the regenerative qualities of ghouls. Now, not everyone is gonna be a Kaneki, who can regenerate entire limbs within seconds, but that doesn't mean that it isn't possible. Now, how this works is that you can regenerate a number of injuries per thread equal to your score. This makes it easy, since you won't be utterly defenseless even against a stronger opponent, but you can't just survive everything that comes your way either.
Re: Stat System
Perception is generally how well you notice things. This can just be simple little things, but then again maybe not. How this works is that when using Perception against another person, their score is how well they can bluff. If your Perception is lower than theirs, then their bluff works, whether they were lying to you or trying to fake an attack in a fight. However, if your Perception is higher, you can tell exactly what they're doing. This knowledge can be used however you want, so if you want to lull them into a false sense of security or whatever, you can.
